My dad is quite the picky eater whose grilled cheese ingredients would include buttered Wonder Bread, well-done bacon, and Kraft slices! Follow these quick and easy steps: brush your sprouted whole grain bread with extra-virgin olive oil. Add the cheese along with paper thin slices of pear. Gouda melts easily and is a perfect cheese for grilling. For an added gourmet touch, try Asian Pear as a Bartlett substitute.
Brown on a stove top over moderate heat in non-stick pan, serve with Crispy Asian Pears and ENJOY!
