This is one of the easiest and healthiest recipes you’ll ever make! I love the chocolate/coconut combination. Dark cocoa is a fabulous source of antioxidants plus coconut is rich in lauric acid which can bolster your immune system and act like an anti-viral. Add a little rice milk, raw honey and chia seeds and you’ve got a nutrient packed pudding that you will enjoy time and again.

What You’ll Need:
2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
2/3 cup Enriched Vanilla Rice Dream
1 tsp Raw Honey (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Dark Cocoa (or to taste)
1 tsp Unsweetened Organic Shredded Coconut
1 Sprinkle Unsweetened Organic Shredded Coconut (for “garnish”…)

What You’ll Do:
Combine all ingredients and gently whisk with a fork. Refrigerate for about an hour or until thick (stir/whisk occasionally). Sprinkle with coconut and Enjoy!
