Before the Workshop Starts

Your experience starts when you come to my office for metabolism testing.

This 10 minute breathing test takes all the guess work out of weight management.  Metabolism varies a lot from person to person, and although calculators and formulas might get you close, this quick and easy test definitively determines how your metabolism functions. Within a few minutes, you can find out exactly how many calories your body needs to lose, gain or maintain. You can know once and for all if you have a slow, normal, or fast burning metabolism. Learn precisely how many calories your body burns at rest, and you can rest assured that you will get the results you are after.

  • In order to get the most accurate test results, please remember the following:

    • NO eating for 4 hours prior to your test
    • NO drinking (anything but water) 4 hours prior to your test
    • NO exercising or any physical activity prior to your test
    • NO stimulants (such as caffeine from tea, coffee and soda or nicotine) prior to your test
    • Walk slowly and don’t rush to your appointment; take the elevator instead of the stairs

  • Body Composition Testing is also included with this appointment. I’ll break down your BMI, body fat and muscle percentage, visceral fat and give you your metabolic age. Note: your metabolic rate and body composition are totally private, and this information will not be shared in the class setting.

To build something great, you’ve got to set a firm foundation, and this week is all about you setting that foundation.

This first session is designed to motivate you and get you headed in the right direction. I’ll teach you the truth about weight management, go over the results of your metabolism testing, get you started with your meal plans. I promise to be fun and inspiring.
