Let’s put  a few of my favorite heart healthy foods (like cocoa, honey, brown rice, yogurt and strawberries) together to make a delicious little parfait you’ll want to eat over and over again!

What You’ll Need:
2 or 3 Dollops of Organic Greek Yogurt   (if you’ve got a dairy intolerance–try Cultured Almond Milk instead)
1/2 Cup Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice with Mixed Berries 
Drizzle Raw Honey
Sprinkle of Dark Cocao
10 Large Fresh Organic Strawberries Sliced
Pinch of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

What You’ll Do:
Get out your favorite deep little bowl. Start with Greek Yogurt. Sprinkle in a little cocoa, shredded coconut and drizzle of raw honey. For your next layer, add the cereal then top with freshly sliced berries. Continue to layer yogurt, cereal and berries until your bowl is full. End with the berries and top with a pinch of unsweetened shredded coconut and ENJOY!
