Kale Smoothie: How to Eat Kale and Like It…

It’s the trendy new superfood you’ve got to try. Kale is loaded with antioxidants, high in vitamin C, rich in beta carotene, vitamin K and calcium. It is a great addition to any smoothie. Here is our family favorite!

What you’ll need

2 Apples
1 Banana
1-2 cups Kale
1-2 Dates
1-2 cups water (add more or less depending on desired thickness)
A few ice cubes

What you’ll do
1. Freeze apples and kale in quart size bag
2. Combine all ingredients in blender and liquefy
3. Enjoy!!
