Greek Yogurt with Orange Granola

A perfectly delicious treat, Greek Yogurt is full of protein, calcium, probiotics and creamy deliciousness. Indulging in this sweet eat will not only satisfy your taste buds, but it may improve your complexion and digestion. I get a lot of questions on ways to serve yogurt. Your best bet is to go for the plain variety and add your own flavor boosters. Flavored yogurts tend to be loaded with sugar and other not-so-nutritious ingredients. Here is one of our family favorites.

What You’ll Need

1 Cup 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup of Favorite Granola (Mine is Grandy Oats)
Sprinkle of Orange Zest
1-2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
