What You’ll Need
1 Can or 3 1/4 Cups Black Beans
1 Ripe  Mango (1 1/2 Cups)
1 Small Red Onion (1/4 Cup)
1 Cucumber with Peel (1/4 Cup)
1 Squeeze Volcano Lime Burst or Fresh Lime
Sea Salt (just a pinch)

What You’ll Do
Rinse black beans. Peel skin from mango and chop into small cubes. Cut onion and cucumber into tiny squares. In a large bowl, combine beans, mango, onion, and cucumber. Add lime and sea salt to taste. Enjoy!
