Five 5 Minute Health Fixes: Look, Live and Feel Better in 5 Minutes or Less! I’ve got five quick and easy 5 minute (and under) fixes for you to include in your daily health routine...1. Start Your Day with Freshly Brewed Green Tea — A quick cup can boost your brain power, rev your metabolism, kick cancer cells, stabilize your blood sugar and help your heart.
2. Drink Water Infused with Fruit  — Getting down that 2-3 liters each day can feel a little daunting; by adding in oranges, mint, cucumber, lime or pineapple, you’ll be adding nutrients and adding flavor.
3. Moisturize Your Skin with Natural Shea Butter — Jump out of the shower and lather up with Shea Butter. It’s a deeply penetrating, anti-aging moisturizer that can nourish your skin. (look for products with no nasties! I love Lux Naturals Simple Whipped Shea Butter…)
