If it’s important, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse. You know I’m right. Your friend invites you to the beach. You love the beach. You want to go to the beach. You cancel all your plans, hop in the car and go to the beach. Now, let’s say your friend invites you to run a 5K for charity. You hate to run. You don’t like the charity. You call to cancel, hop in the car and go to the beach. The beach is important to you. The run is not. You find a way to make the beach trip happen, and you find an excuse not run.
The same is true for adopting a lifestyle of purposeful eating (eating to give your body nutrients and energy). You know it’s the right thing to do, but to make it happen, it has to be important to you. If it’s not important, you will find excuse after excuse. Junk food tastes better. The drive-through is more convenient. You have no family support. You are too busy. Excuses, excuses, excuses…
You are desperate to shed the pounds, dying to feel better, and craving more energy. But, instead of eating the right way, you convince yourself that you can’t do it and justify it with an excuse. I am all about teaching you everything you need to know and absolutely convincing you that a lifestyle of purposeful eating will transform the way you look and feel. Together, we are going to MAKE a lifestyle of purposeful eating important to you.
You can be a part of this YouAnew Lifestyle Nutrition Movement. My movement is based on one simple concept. You can change your life by changing your meals. No more excuses. Here’s how you are going to start.
First, have this conversation. Ask yourself—is it worth it. Is eating processed food worth how I am feeling? Is eating and drinking refined junk worth that disgusting jiggle? Is the convenience of fast food worth the risk of having a heart attack? Ask yourself—am I worth it. Am I worth making a huge change in the way I approach food that will help me to look and feel fabulous (I will tell you, the answer to this question is unequivocally yes). Now it’s time to clean out the kitchen. Get rid of the boxes, bags and cans of processed foods. Read the labels and cut out any foods with sugar and high fructose corn syrup. Next, it’s time to restock. Load up on fresh produce, lean proteins and whole grains. You CAN do this. You can make a lifestyle of purposeful eating important to you. Attitude is everything.
Need help? I am here for you! Let’s do this together. Join with other YouAnew Members on a journey to adopt a lifestyle of purposeful eating. Get the system in place and make it happen.
