About Laurel Attanasio

After completing her M.B.A, Laurel turned to yoga to soothe her overworked mind and body. In addition to calming her mind, yoga also began to improve her running ability. As a long-time runner, she quickly became stronger and more resistant to injury. She completed her Teacher Training Certification in May 2007 and then eventually, her 300 Hour Advanced Training.
