What You’ll Need:
Pacific Original Hazelnut Non-Dairy Beverage
Hershey’s Natural Unsweetened Cocoa
Fresh Organic Heavy Cream for Whipping
OR Soyatoo Whipped Topping (Gluten/Dairy Free and Vegan)
What You’ll Do:
For the Hot Chocolate: Okay, here’s the deal. This recipe totally depends on your taste buds! Here’s what I do. In a saucepan, heat 4 Cups Hazelnut Beverage; once it’s good and hot, very briskly whisk in about 1 tbsp cocoa. If you love your HoCho chocolaty, add more cocoa!! You’ve to to really use your wrist, and make it super foamy. Next add in about 1 tbsp of raw honey (more or less to taste).
For Fresh Whipped Cream: In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup Organic Heavy Cream and 1 tbps of honey (more or less to taste). Beat cream with a high powered mixer until fully whipped.
